Wide Awake Club Library Board Meeting Minutes

Shawn moved to accept the November minutes as submitted. Judy seconded. Motion carried.
Carole moved to accept the financial documents. Brad seconded. Motion carried.
Payroll fees will be increasing 5 to 7% starting Jan. 1—about $100 per pay period.
We will investigate why we have not yet received the biggest chunk of our tax levy (November is typical).
Our funding request’s override of the tax cap will not end up being excessive because we have a carryover of $1,308.
Roxanne has planned a thorough discussion with the telehealth grantors to make sure our location meets all their requirements, and likewise, whether what they ask, including a two-year commitment, seems feasible for US, as well. Meanwhile, Roxanne has priced out noise-canceling headphones, white noise machines, and collapsible room dividers.
The next meeting will be Tues., Jan. 11 at 6 pm.
