Minutes, October 11, 2022

Pat moved to accept the previous minutes. Rebecca seconded. Motion carried.
Brad moved to accept the financial reports. Karen seconded. Motion carried.
Karen moved to accept the audit report with sampling from FY 2020 and FY 2021. Brad
seconded. Motion carried.
Roxanne approached the sidewalk crew working around town lately and asked if they could repair the tripping hazard near our entrance. They replaced the whole front walkway.
A recent donation to the library of a large quantity of fabric has yielded some donations as other patrons have taken pieces home.
Roxanne has been using $750 from the Allegany County Area Foundation and $500 from the Findlay Family Foundation to add to the children’s collection.
No new information yet about who is responsible for attending to the loose sewer cover in the driveway. Also, Roxanne is continuing to find it difficult to contact UTI Fire Protection, either about being billed or about what protections are actually now in place.
Beyond Books for Homeschoolers has been very well-attended. Bonnie Leigh has been added to the staffing for that program.
We continued or discussion of the budget proposal, including a short executive session. We are rescheduling the next board meeting for Thu. Nov. 10 to avoid Election Day.
